MyAtlasCare (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. This app supports personal health tracking and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis.

2. Personal & Sensitive Information (with User Consent)

• Personal Info: Name, DOB, gender, address, medical history (via HealthID)
• NEW IP address and device identifiers (for backend API calls, security, analytics, and internal dashboard)
• Vitals: Temperature, weight, height, BP, SpO₂, PR, glucose, uric acid
• AI Insights: Informational only; no diagnosis provided
• Reminders: For medications or wellness tasks
• Location: Only with permission, used for local health services. No background access.
• Camera & Storage: Used for user-uploaded medical documents (with permission only)

Note: All permissions are requested at runtime with clear context. No silent or background data access is performed.

3. Data Usage

• To display your personal health data securely
• To send reminders or alerts you opt into
• To assist in optional telemedicine-related features
• NEW To send IP address and device identifiers to our internal backend API and display them on our web dashboard
• NEW To monitor, secure, and analyze app performance and usage patterns

4. Data Sharing & Security

• No data is sold, rented, or used for advertising
• Data may be shared only with approved healthcare providers, with your explicit consent
• All data processing and display (including IPs/device IDs) occur solely within Atlas Platform’s own systems (same domain)
• All health data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols
• Storage is compliant with laws like Thailand’s PDPA

5. User Control & Deletion

• You may revoke permissions anytime via device settings
• To delete your data, go to: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data or email us
• We process deletion within 30 days

6. Data Retention

We only retain data as long as necessary to support app functionality. Users can request full data deletion at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is not designed for children under 13. If data is detected, it will be removed immediately.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app may interface with third-party health systems (e.g., hospitals, cloud providers, PHR systems) under their respective privacy terms.

9. Policy Updates

We will notify users through in-app alerts or email if significant changes are made to this policy.
